Except for items on the original “Customer Walk Through” form, Spanjer Homes cannot service requests sooner than 60 days after closing. To ensure the best service, Spanjer Homes can only accept service requests in writing.

When needing service, please fill out the service request form, being as specific as possible with the description of work needed, keep a copy of your requests for your records, and fax, e-mail, or send your request to us. Within three (3) working days of the receipt of your request, you will be contacted.  Since scheduling work and gaining access to your home are our greatest impediments, it would facilitate our service work to have a key to your home. Spanjer Homes will notify you of the scheduled work and entry in advance and, if your key were left in our care, a Spanjer Construction representative would be present during the service appointment. The representative, as well as the tradesmen doing the work, should not park in your driveway, should remove his shoes or wear “booties” in your home, and clean up after the work has been done.

Because it is important to respect your time and your home, we ask any trades people, who have arranged their service work with you directly, to always call for an appointment, even if the work is outside, and to notify you if he cannot make the appointment.

Although Spanjer Homes is not able to repair any “move-in” damage free of charge, we would be happy and available to coordinate any of the repairs you might need. Just let us know. Thank you for your cooperation.
