Spanjer Homes begins each new custom home by developing a comprehensive plan of action. Using a team approach, we handle every detail from site selection and architectural design to financing, interior design and landscape planning.

Once a site has been chosen, our professional site planners can create a living space that maximizes your lot's special features, such as city, lake and mountain views.

We then incorporate your ideas and requirements with our expertise, perhaps introducing some innovative building products or techniques to develop preliminary plans, and later, working drawings. After you have approved all of the design details, plans, specifications and budget figures, we will arrange for contracts to be signed and for construction to be scheduled.

We do not proceed until you understand and are comfortable with every detail.
