Part-Time Office Administrative Assistant
Spanjer Homes is seeking a positive, professional and friendly part time office administrative assistant. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills to greet walk-in customers and assist callers over the phone. The candidate will also have excellent writing abilities to communicate via email in the same helpful, professional and friendly manner. The position will have minimal oversight, requiring the candidate to be highly organized, self-starting and able to anticipate office needs before they arise.
Some duties will include: answering and directing calls, sorting mail, emailing updates to various clients and trade partners, limited AP invoice entry, processing payments, filing paperwork, Excel spreadsheet management, assist in marketing efforts, online product research, and general paperwork management.
The position is part time, 5 days a week and up to 20 hours per week. Compensation starts at $10/hr.
