Since 1978, Spanjer Homes has been providing outstanding craftsmanship and quality custom homes in Northern Colorado. We are proud to also have a reputation for conducting business with integrity, trust, honesty and open communication.

“My passion for construction began with my first carpentry job in 1970. Throughout high school and college I spent my summers and school vacations honing my skills. After graduating from college, I worked as a supervisor for a custom builder in Fort Collins, and then in 1978 I founded Spanjer Construction. Because building homes and friendships is our focus, our specialty and our passion, we’re now known as Spanjer Homes.”
